Our apartments are arranged on different levels that follow the conformity of the terrain.
They are spacious and elegantly furnished with fine finishes, all equipped with TV, washing machine, equipped panoramic terrace and air conditioning in the VIP Apartments.

NOTES: check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 - check-out by 10:00. Period A / B / C free stays of minimum 3 nights, other periods start / end of stay
Saturday / Sunday / Tuesday / Wednesday, minimum stay of 5 nights. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the structure (tel. +393480613016); in case of lack of communication, reception is not guaranteed and a supplement of € 50.00 may be requested. For arrivals after 20.00, the customer's telephone number is required.
It is specified that in this complex the differentiated collection is carried out and the waste is placed in special containers.

20% discount for bookings made before February 15th
15% discount for bookings made before March 15th
10% discount for bookings made before April 15th
10% discount for bookings made before May 15th, for stays from May 1st to June 25th (included) and from September 4th to the end of the season. LOW SEASON: Forfait included for stays within May 28th included and from September 11th to closing.
The fee includes
1 umbrella provided per apartment for the entire stay, air conditioning, use of the swimming pool equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas (subject to availability), courtesy kit (bathroom and kitchen products); use of bicycles until exhaustion (deposit for use € 50). Excursions booking service and car and motorbike rental (for a fee).
Mandatory expenses (to be paid locally)
FORFAIT (per day per person) : € 5.00 adults; € 2.50 children 3 / 11.99 years, free for children 0 / 2.99 years. Prices include electricity, water, gas, 1 supply of bed linen per week.
FINAL CLEANING (per apartment): € 60 in Mono, € 70 in Bilo, € 85 in Trilo, € 95 Quadri (excluding kitchenette by the customer, otherwise additional charge € 50).
TOURIST TAX : compulsory in the municipality of Baja Sardinia, the amount varies according to the period.
DEPOSIT : € 200, to be returned at the end of the stay after a check of the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside the reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned to by bank transfer (expenses charged to the customer).

SEA VIEW (front or side): € 10.00 per day Bilo; € 15 per day Trilo and Quadri.
REASSETTING (excluding kitchenette): € 20 in Mono, € 30 in Bilo, € 40 in Trilo, € 50 in Quadri.
BEACH TOWEL : rental € 5.00 per change
LINEN : bathroom linen rental € 10.00 per person; extra bed linen € 10.00 per person.
FAMILY KIT (cot, bath tub, bottle warmer, stroller, high chair): € 50.00 per week.
HIGH CHAIR / STROLLER : € 10.00 per week per piece
AMERICAN COFFEE MACHINE / KETTLE : € 10.00 per week, per piece
ADDED BED (7th / 9th): € 10.00 per day.
CRADLE (for children 0 / 2.99 years): € 5 per day.
TRANSFER : Olbia airport / port € 80 per car 1/3 pax; € 120 per car 4/8 pax. From h. 22:00 to 6:00 20% surcharge. Supplement for G. Aranci port € 20.00 per car. The prices are to be intended one way.
PETS : allowed (max 20 kg) with the exception of common places, € 30 for extra cleaning.
